Refund Policy

1. Money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your Vet.Portions subscription, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first-time purchases and to renewal payments.

2. How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your purchase, or email us at support@vetportions.com with the email address used at sign-up and we will action it for you. Refunds are processed by Paddle back to your original payment method.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep full access until then, and no further payments are taken. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period. If you are within the 30-day window, request a refund as described above.

4. Free and complimentary access

Where the Service is provided free of charge (for example during a complimentary access period), no payment is taken and no refund applies. Paid terms begin only when you start a paid subscription.

5. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or consumer rights you have under mandatory local law. Where those rights give you more than this policy, they apply.
